Singhal power presses supplies the ` slx ` series of cross shaft power presses. The product range includes high speed presses [ hsd ], cross shaft pillar presses [ sxp ] and double column 2 point presses [ sdu ]. The machine is on display at imtex 200 in hall no. 1u, stall no. A105. Some of the technical features of these power presses include: a link drive mechanism which gives fast approach speed, slow pressing speed and fast return speed which leads to the low impact on dies, low noise and vibration. Since the speed slows down at tonnage rating point, it prolongs the forming time for proper material flow. Other features include a highly rigid frame with minimum deflection and extra long 6 point gibs.
